I love running during the fall. There’s just something about the leaves changing, the crispness of the air, and the fact that for a few more weeks I won’t need to worry about rockin’ more spandex than a 1980’s workout video to knock out my runs in 10, 20, and 30 degree temperatures. Sigh.
For me, trail running, recreational football, baseball, and drinking pumpkin beer are my favorite fall physical activities. So we want to know, what is/are yours? (Unofficial research states that there should be a direct relationship between miles ran and beers consumed)
